Who we are. Clutch60 is operated by 1026 Ventures, LLC, a California company. Questions about this policy: partnerships@1026ventures.com.

What we collect, and why.

Everyone: a cookie that identifies your device as a guest, so a score you set before signing up can be saved to your account afterwards; your game plays (which modes, scores, misses and timing); and basic analytics through PostHog (pages visited, game events, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your network address). We do not record your screen or keystrokes.

If you create an account: your email address; a password, stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider, or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google; your username; your scores, leaderboard positions, battles and standings; and your choice about marketing email.

Email. We send account emails: confirmation, password reset, and notices about significant changes to the game or these policies. New accounts are also opted in to occasional email about new games and features. You can turn that off at any time on your Account page or with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

What is public. Your username, scores, leaderboard positions and battle results are visible to other players. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Who processes your data for us. Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), Resend (email delivery) and Google (if you sign in with Google). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it. Account data for as long as you have an account. Scores and standings are kept so history and personal bests can be shown. Guest cookies last one year. If you delete your account, we delete your email and username and keep only anonymised scores.

Your choices and rights. You can change your username and marketing preference on your Account page, and you can ask us to delete your account or to see the data we hold about you by emailing partnerships@1026ventures.com. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies. We use a guest cookie, sign-in cookies, and PostHog analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children. Clutch60 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit; passwords are stored only as hashes; access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes. We will post updates here with a new date and tell signed-in players about significant changes.
