Who we are. Clutch60 is operated by 1026 Ventures, LLC (“we”, “us”), a California limited liability company. Contact: partnerships@1026ventures.com.

Agreeing to these terms. By using Clutch60 you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Age. You must be at least 13 years old to use Clutch60. Sponsored challenges and anything involving prizes may carry additional eligibility rules, including a minimum age of 18, stated with each challenge.

The game. Clutch60 is a sports statistics game. Scores, leaderboards, battles and standings are for entertainment. We may change, pause or end any part of the game at any time. Paid features, if we offer them, will have their own terms shown before you buy.

Your account. You may create one account, with accurate information, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password private. You can delete your account by emailing us.

Usernames. Usernames must be 3 to 16 characters of letters, numbers and underscores. They may not impersonate another person, a team, a league or a sponsor, and may not be offensive. Usernames are checked automatically and other players can report them. We may change a username, hide a score, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, at our discretion.

Fair play. Our servers deal every matchup and check every answer. Using automated tools, sharing answers to the daily sequence, playing through multiple accounts or devices to affect leaderboards or battles, or otherwise interfering with the game is not allowed and may result in removed scores or a closed account.

Statistics and names. Player statistics come from third-party sources under their licences: NFL statistics from nflverse (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0); MLB statistics from the SABR Lahman Baseball Database (Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0, sabr.org/lahman-database); NBA statistics via balldontlie.io. Figures may differ slightly from official league records. Player names, team names and team codes are used only to identify the people and teams concerned. Clutch60 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, any team, or any players’ association.

Our content. The Clutch60 name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may share your scores and battle links freely; you may not copy, scrape or resell the game or its data.

No warranty. Clutch60 is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be available, error-free or that statistics are accurate.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1026 Ventures, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Clutch60, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Changes. We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version here and, for significant changes, tell signed-in players on the site or by email. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.

Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
